If you have an interest in athletics and are motivated to lead, you’ll excel in the sport management program at Goshen College. The sport management major and minor could help you realize your dream of becoming an athletic director, sports complex director or event manager.
At GC, you’ll learn principles in communication, ethics, finance, management and marketing, and develop leadership strategies to successfully manage a sporting event or facility. Sport management majors and minors follow an academic curriculum that blends kinesiology (the study of human movement), business and communication. If you choose a sport management major or minor, you will learn how to be an effective team leader and responsible sport manager.
