If you’re interested in studying politics with an emphasis on social justice, you’re in luck. The political studies minor at Goshen College offers an interdisciplinary approach that combines the study of government with a variety of other disciplines.
Political science, history, peace studies, social work, environmental studies and the social sciences are just a few of the subjects that political studies minors engage while at GC. With so many options, you can pair political studies with a major tailored to your unique interests! And outside the classroom, you can stay politically active on campus by joining Student Senate or the PAX peace and justice club.
Whether you want to work in the government, for an advocacy group, in the non-profit sector, or as a lawyer, our approach to political studies will prepare you to work toward positive social and political change.
